A: We charge £3.00 for an individual track, buying in 10's is cheaper. To purchase, just type in your selection choice into the box that asks for your choice of tracks and click 'Buy Now'. Currently we only accept Paypal as a means of payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, please contact us.
Q: Can a track be purchased without PayPal?
A: Sorry no, at this time we onley accept PayPal as a method of payment as it is fast, secure & the most recognised method of payment on the internet. If you don't have a PayPal account please contact us. In certain circumstances we have accepted Western Union and other methods of payment.

Q: Thank you for sending the backing tracks so promptly however there is on track I do not recognize. I ordered The Rose by Beth Midler, but the track on the disc doesn't sound like it.
I will let you know if it is the correct track once I have checked again what the Rose sounds like.I don't know what happened. I must have copied the wrong number..
A. No problem, these things happen. A free replacement will be sent out as soon as you confirm tracks.

Is it possible to get the songs urgently on to the server so I can download it. I need to use the above track as soon as possible for a project I am doing right now. A: Yes of course, £3.00 per single track £18.00 for 10 tracks. To buy just write the track numbers into the Paypal box that asks for your track numbers.
Q: I want to buy 2 tracks, can I send payment direct so I don't need to pay PayPal twice. Could you send me your email and I will send the money.
A: you can pay direct using PayPal, click send money, when asked for the email address type contact@321sounds.com. In the box that says instructions to seller, please provided details of tracks required. As a rule of thumb payment will be £3.00 per track up to the 10th track. So if you want to buy 3 individual tracks you would send £9.00. If you are unsure, please contact us.

A: Thanks for your email, the other 9 tracks have now been added to your order.

Q. I cannot save or open the ZIP file. I have bought 20 tracks could you send them to my emailor something??
A: Hi, Im sure we can sort this out, I presume you have never used Windows winzip before. The reason that files are win-zipped is you can only download one file at once, therefore if I was to upload 20 tracks you would have to download the 20 tracks individually. With winzip you can download the whole 20 tracks in one zipped file and open it.
Try downloading and installing from the the winrar 342 link below, installing is easy, follow the instructions, if you do install it then its easy using the wizard, it is a windows program and is safe. In the meantime I will upload the 20 tracks one at once by email then if you cannot use winzip you can do it one at once. If I send it one at once my email your mailbox will probably not allow but we will see.
Q: I have just realised that i have only ordered 1 track but i have paid for 10 please could you tell me how i order the other 9.
A: Just send an email with the other 9 tracks.
Q: I would like to buy the backing track for the above song but do not want to buy 9 other tracks. Is there an option of buying just one?
Also, can you tell me whether this version has drums in it other than those heard in the preview?
A: You can easily buy a single track just click the PayPal buy now button, select single track, enter the track you want and proceed to PayPal for payment.
Each backing track contains a 40 second preview. If the preview version contains drums, so to will the full track.

paying any money any more, so it's down to my singer and me. The two
files you sent downloaded just fine and sounded GREAT!!, so I'm going
to get with my singer, let him pick out a bunch of songs that suit

Thanks for the tracks they are brill and Iam happy with them they are the best I have heard.
The only thing is ' that some how I have made a mistake'
the two most imporant tracks that we need are wrong.
I dont know how it acurd but somehow I put track 277 when it sould have been 276 and 311 when It shouls have been 310.
It is very obvious that it is my mistake but is there any chance of changeing the two tracks that we dont need for the two tracks
